I was a little shocked that it was in there, but I wouldn’t have thought to check that myself.

I’m not familiar with this particular brand, but it’s a small town, so who knows?

Through Optima.
there’s a Fortinet,
and, we’ve got an Aruba switch and a little Aruba
access point.
what does it look like is from the ISP? Sounds like the Fortinet and the Aruba are both.
I believe that we’re going from the modem
to the Fortinet, I would guess. Okay. So. Yeah. so we’re, we’re replacing that Fortinet with my Netscope device and the Aruba switch with that
Netgear switch. okay. All right. Let me get that pulled out
All right. Getting Netscope powered up.
I’ve seen some of these modems
Mac bind so I’m going to reset that right quick.
so we’re just using your Netgear switch, so obviously, I don’t need to worry about port numbers?
No.
And then once you get everything ready to go, just take your laptop and plug into the
modem. Let me know if you have it set up Dhcp here.

Not getting power on the Netgear switch.
I’m gonna try
a different outlet.

it has a flip switch. I didn’t see it.
Okay.
I’m not used to these little bitty ones having actual power switches. Actual power switches, I know if
not all of them do.
Yeah this activation’s still going.
But, it’s it’s it’s progressing. Good!
And then you can just plug
my
Meraki into any
port in the
switch.
Power is an amazing thing that really helps.
So true.
First thing I ask anybody. They’re like, hey, this isn’t working,
Is it on?
Because that’s important.
Out
on the power adapter goes to
the AP itself right?
Correct. In goes to the switch. Yeah,
I literally have to repeat it myself every time.
I’ve got a little light,
amber at the moment, so it’s booting.
Meraki takes about five minutes for it to
communicate with their dash.
Still waiting on the AP.
Yeah, I’ve got rainbow lights on the AP right now.
Every time I see that, it makes me want to do that Skittles commercial. Taste the rainbow.
Immediately just think of the same S***.
Yeah, it doesn’t show that I have connectivity

What port are we going into
from the switch to the
Netscope?
LAN.
Was it in the OPT slot?
No, I you know, I just figured it would pass over the air, you know, like, magically.

probably does need some kind of connection to the whole system.
It’s the little things that keep us going right?
Yep.
You know, you gotta have fun with it.
We got Tiger Woods about to tee off here at the Masters.

well, and then you’ve got Mike Tyson.
He’s about to fight. And that’s going to be interesting to see what he’s got
left in the tank. So
confused too I know it’s just the whole thing is it’s the contract on that one is like

I don’t trust Paul.
So I don’t know if like you know, he had to sign a contract
where he can’t do certain things, if he could just walk in
throw bombs he
send this kid into… he’d just be running out of the ring.

especially if he stopped smoking weed for a few weeks.
