Do you get tired of receiving a Field Nation notification that says “Work Order Assigned to Another Provider”? This is how you access your Field Nation notification settings to turn off (or turn on) that notification.
From Desktop: Go to your profile picture in the top right corner.
Click “Settings”. It should take you to “Notifications” by default but if not, click “Notifications” on the left hand panel.
You’ll need to check for the “Requested Work Order Unavailable” notification setting under “Email Notifications” and “SMS” (Text) Notifications. Look for the “Requested work order unavailable” option and make sure it is not selected.
If you turn this off under the Email and the SMS notifications section, you shouldn’t get notices from Field Nation telling you that a requested work order was assigned to another provider.
If that is set correctly and you’re still getting notifications, turn them both on, log out, log back in, and de-select them again. That may reset the trigger.
If you have tried all the above options and you’re still getting notices, then one last option is to set up a rule / filter in your email. Look at the distinctive wording in the email and what email address it is from to make a rule/filter that would immediately archive it so you never see it.
